Avalonia - The legal stuff

Please read these terms and conditions, they set out your rights, and contain the basic rules for being a citizen in Avalonia. In applying to join Avalonia you agree that you have read and fully understand the terms, conditions and rules.

The nuts and bolts of the Ts & Cs are very simple;

Avalonia is not a real country, it has no real laws, no actually boundaries or areas of land, no buildings or assets. Everyone involved with Avalonia is wholly responsible for their actions and deeds. While we will do our best to ensure the quality of Avalonians but we will need your help in reporting anything you believe is illegal or goes against the T&Cs.

Avalonia exists in the imagination of all of its citizens, it's stories, art, blogs, pictures and dreams. k

Above all, have fun, join in, be creative, be amazing.

Terms and Condition –

Fantasyincnz, its staff, and / or anyone involved with fantasyincnz and / or Avalonia are not responsible for any activities by, or suggested by, any users or residents on Avalonia media, or any other associated sites whether intentional or non-intentional. The basics are, people are wholly responsible without prejudice for any and all activities they do, say, and post, that has any connection to Avalonia or fantasyincnz. Any activity such as sales and / or any services provided in relation to Avalonia are provided by the person / company that are providing the products or service and as such said provider is wholly responsible for any claims made against them.
Ok, if you made if this far and are still continuing to be a member of Avalonia it is agreed that you have read and fully accept item 1) above
Should anyone direct themselves in any way against the rules or moral principles of Avalonia they will immediately be ejected from Avalonia with no refund or recourse of action against Fantasyincnz or its staff
Avalonia is a micronation of free spirts who have come together in a virtual nation. The citizens have no rights, privileges or any other such recourse of action as would be available to citizens of a real life country or state. Avalonia is a fun open-ended multidimensional space outside of normal time and space. It’s passports and visas are only for use in inter-Avalonia purposes.
Avalonia is a multi-activity nation. This means that we may have more adult orientated regions however, all regions must abide to the below rules:
1. No illegal practices whatsoever as determined by international law and / or the state of country that you live in
2. All regional content will be analysed by the staff and anything deemed inappropriate will be removed without warning. If in doubt, ask. Adult content on blogs, in stories and other media and must be clearly marked and must stay within acceptable practices.
3. Adult only regions may be set up only with written consent for fantasyincnz.
4. No racism, bullying, sexism or any other isms. You may be permanently banned from Avalonia if this is reported to us.
All regions must be built on the founding principles of Avalonia, and must be in keeping with the general national ecology and architectural design. See regions description for examples where applicable.
